A Look at the AHL Central Division

With less than a month left in the regular season, how does the AHL Central Division stack up?

The AHL’s Central Division is comprised of seven teams and is one of the four divisions that comprise the American Hockey League. This season, the top five teams in the division will qualify for the playoffs based on points percentage, with the top three teams receiving a bye and the fourth and fifth seed teams will meet in a best of three series for the right to advance (this is the exact setup the North Division has as well). With that said, let’s take a look at the teams that make up the Central Division.
